How can I secure this account?

Soooo. I recently got an account from the account giveaways
It has a level 70 tauren warrior on it with full brutal gladiator and his epic flyer.
Dunno how much gold though.

I have ALL the info, except I don't know how to change his email address to mine.
Any help would be extremely appreciated.
Oh, and the account's frozen, but I have a gamecard to activate it.

So what you want to do to make it your forever is;
1. Call blizz, tell them to change your email, when they ask for ur name, tell them the name and last name on the account
2. Go buy a battlechest
3. make the new account under the scammed persons last name.
4. get a cc, xfer the char over to your new account.
5. ban the old account
6. PARTY!

Eh. I don't want to have to make a new account.
I currently own my OWN account, just want to have this one because of the 70 warrior.

Making a new account and moving the warrior over is the best way to do it, if you have the money you should really consider it.

Yea call blizz give them the SQA and ask them to change the email.
Xfer to a new account and ban the original.
