A proxy will do the trick if you have a static IP. Use a program called SocksCap to load WoW/D2/SC/whatever through a SOCKS4/5 proxy.
If you have a dynamic IP, you can trigger a reset by changing your MAC Address if you use a router.
Without a router, it is somewhat tricky to trigger a change. You can open cmd (Start -> run -> cmd) and type "ipconfig /release", wait a while, and "ipconfig /renew". Alternatively, you can unplug your modem for awhile (10mins+) and hope someone takes your old IP by the time you plug it back in. Doing the ipconfig method is the same as unplugging your router, you just release your IP into the pool.

Blizzard never IP-Bans anyways.
If you ever get to that point, go to www.download.com and downlod IP Changer 2.0 . There is a tutorial inside the program, very easy and understable. Just common sense, and you own blizz.
