Is it enough to go to eu.battle.net/wow/ru with a russian proxy and create an account for it to "be" a legit russian account?

I am asking this because I am interested in knowing if the wow token can be purchased with RUB and sold for the 38k its currently on

i dont think you need a russian proxy to create an account but only when purchasing stuff or adding a game key in.

And no RU tokens are different blizzard has already thought about this.

does the ingame store remain in Euro even when you login with a russian proxy, russian account into EU servers?

Nope it shows in RUB 1.100rub = 20euro
Also if you are going to pay with PayPal you will need to exchange first on paypal to Rub then pay with Rub on Blizzshop, that means extra fees to paypal for w/e exchange rate Paypal have
