The token in Brazil is 4 times the price of the monthly sub. Here in Brazil no one lucid will buy them. I think Blizz got it right this time.

Yes cheaper to buy gold then use that gold to buy token to renew your wow subscription. For US Server current price for wow gold is around $0.30 to $0.35 per k. Current wow token price on AH is 23.4k gold. You do the math. If you are the majority of players who are poor and rarely have gold, it makes sense to buy gold then use that gold to buy a token on the AH. Ends up costing you $7 to $8 for 30 days of gametime instead of $15. That's for US/Latin Ameri/Oceanic servers. I don't know the market for EU.

Players Auction....most of the populated servers are in the $0.30 - $0.40 range.

Plenty of sellers will sell you for that much in the trade section. Middlemen paying in the $0.10 to $0.15 range currently. We are back to the gold depression of 2 months ago again.

Edit: You might even get members to sell you at middlemen price if you buy enough. The beauty of it all is if you are buying gold to use for tokens it doesn't matter which server and you can shop for the cheapest price.
