Question about russian RaF System

A friend suggested me that he could buy me a russian Acc to raf with to level my alts faster.
Would definetly be nice to do it that way, but would I risk getting a ban on my main Account when I raf with a russian Account?
Its not like i could prove that i didnt bought the account and got it as a present instead.

Would be nice to get some intel on that, since i havnt found anything what could answere this question
