Question about SoR / RaF accounts in waw.

Hi guys, been looking at those bloody SoR accounts and RaF thingy for a long time now, and been trying to ask people selling it how it works exactlly and havent really gotten any usefull answear.
only thing that keeps comeing up, is carefull it will get banned sooner or later if you buy one.

so can anyone explain exactlly how this SoR thing works? and why it gets you banned, and if it gets banned if you just put it to your main wow account.

Ït gets banned because the name it was signed up with is not the same as the battle.net account you merge it to.

Not sure what you're asking for, but SoR stands for "Scroll of Resurrection", and RaF is "Recruit a Friend". I guess people buy old accounts from before battle.net was created that has not merged with a battle.net ID yet, and use SoR on them and then use RaF to get a connected account for 3x XP boost from the RaF to power level (usually botting) multiple characters really fast.

You can get SoR accounts really cheap, mostly because most of them are old compromised accounts that the legit owner has given up on and stopped trying to get it back. Blizzard on the other hand knows about this, and that botters/gold sellers etc use those accounts a lot so many people claim those accounts automatically get "flagged" so blizzard keep an eye up for those and ban them when they get proof of any shady activity.
