    Securing wow account

    I've bought a wow account with 14000+ achievement points and I want to link it to my battle.net so all my characters get the ach and the battlenet is in my name when people talk to me, if I provide blizzard with a "marriage certificate" for the bought account and change the last name to mine can I trade that account with character on to my own??
