Banned Account Achievments and Mounts and Pets carry over to non-banned account?

They have to delete the other battle.net to prevent achievement/mount/pet duping.

Most of what you say is correct except this part. Unless you had some really unlucky strings of events...blizzard doesn't delete the old battle.net. I used to dupe accounts pre-Mop and they never deleted anything. Even after that dupe stopped working I still to this day transfer licenses between battle.net accounts and not once have I gotten an account deleted. Not sure why that is happening to you

If you account is banned, like my old one, all achievements, mounts and companions where made with the license banned so u can't move any character from that one.
If u make a new license into that battle.net u'll have all your achievements, mounts and companions back into the new license BUT if u try moveing a character or the whole license to a new Battle.net u'll not have all your achievements, mounts and companions into the new Battle.net too.
Maybe I cant describe it good cause of my bad english, sorry.

hey i got 2 battlenet accounts with 2 different names 1 of them is perma banned is there any possibilty to merge thoose accounts? can i make an name change and merge the battlenet accounts? or is it just simply to change email adress and then merge it?

This is old and I know I am bumping it, but I also didn't want to start a new thread. There seems to be a lot of confusion and questions and instead of hiding around bushes, let's face the true problem here...A lot of us bought unmerged accounts from certain individuals on this forum. Now our battlenet account shows one active license, and 7 banned ones. Some of us, like me, are a little self conscious and don't want banned accounts on our battlenet account. So, we have created a new battlenet account with the same name and details as our original battlenet account.
The question here is can we move our active good wow license from the first battlenet account to the second. I think the answer is YES you can, BUT the stipulation being all those account shared achievements/mounts/pets will not transfer over to the new battle account UNLESS they were earned on the license being transferred over. Correct?
Which makes the whole situation pretty mundane because we bought the unmerged accounts originally to get all the extra shared goodies.
