Accounts.net Scam Possible?

My friend recently sold his account on Accounts.net (last night to be specific). He has recieved his payment of 400 something bucks and Accounts.net took the other 400.

I have all the information on his account.

Here is my plan, and I would like to know if there is anything wrong with it or if it's even possilbe:

1) Go to Wal-Mart and buy WoW Original and BC CD Keys, go home and open account with the same last name.

2) Open a trial account on a server I want to transfer my friends character to when I acquire it. I make the characters name the same as my friends character so it prompts me to change my friends characters name.

3) Transfer my friends character to my newly opened account on said server in step #2, character name gets changed, it's on my new account.

4.) ??????

5.) PROFIT. (hopefully).

Is there anything wrong with this? Most importantly, will Accounts.net recall my friends money that he got for his character? Thanks in advance.

Accounts.net use Paypal as payment when selling the accounts! 6):

Wait a few months before you actually do that, as then when they try getting their money back you could say "i sold this account to you guys over 4months ago, anything could have happened"
