    In dire need of help because of a ban!

    So i was low on money and my guild had a raid Wednesday (it was Monday) my subscription was about to run out on Monday 5:39PM so i bought some RAF gametime, i traded the 12k in-game (bought it off precious) he had someone collect the gold off me on a level one with a number whispered to me so i knew it was him and around 5-6 hours later i get a d/c and my account is perma banned.

    I've appealed 5 times now and all have being changed to resolved with an automated responce. One of my tickets was linking them a thread on the wow EU forums on which a druid basically said "i bought Game time for gold and it all worked out good but someone told me im going to get banned, am i?" then a GM replied to the forum basically saying "It's against the TOS, dont do it again" His account didn't get a warning, 24/48/72 Ban or a Perma ban like i had, so I'm trying to think is there anything else i have done on my account, i haven't ever botted or had a warning, this IS my FIRST offensive.

    I've told them im deeply sorry for the disruption in the economy they claim it has caused, i also provided them evidence that i didn't sell the gold and that i bought gametime with it (i told them to check the logs in which the time i traded the gold and the time the gametime was added)

    So im here to ask, Is there anything at all i can do here, I'm a Vanilla player (2005) but my billing doesnt show that since i moved the character to a fresh account around 2-3 years ago but my achievements show it (hand of adal and Tabard of the protector etc)

    So if you can please help me in anyway but i'd also like to add i cant afford those unbanning services that people provide.

    RAF =/= gametime. Blizzard made nothing off of that, in fact they lost money because they had to pay someone to ban you

    best bet is an unban service, you may have dug a hole already for that tho

    Well, i sent an email to [email protected] because a GM said to email there, so i sent them a massive email and 2 hours later of sending that, i get an email from another email saying my gametime has being removed and it isn't a penalty on my account. so im hoping they're reviewing it and taking actions like, removing the gametime and then maybe unbanning or making it a 72 hour ban.
    Any more advice you could give me or do you think im screwed now?

    If you told them everything that happened and they are now "working" on it (is there an open ticket at the moment?) and if that really is the first thing you've done (no botting or goldselling etc.) you should have a really good chance to get your Account back.
    But you may be unlucky and get a shitty GM to review your case ...

    Yeh i told them absolutely everything i could and the fact its my first offensive, im awaiting an email back now but the 5 appeals on the web form were all declined but now i've emailed the senior team im hoping something can be done!

    I must also add that i got an email stating my RAF Gametime is removed and it said in it "This is not a penalty on the account" but still... im dont know whats happening yet, im still awaiting a reply to the massive email i sent to the feedback thing that a GM said i would get a reply from soon

    multiple raf gametimes can get your account banned / closed for cheating blizzard for gametime, says so in the tos that if they think your absuing something they have the right to ban you for whatever reason they feel suits it. so im afraid you lost your account ;(

    before anyone come bashing on me, i had the same issue but i called them and asked if why/what i could do, you shud to the same

    I called them and they said they dont handle appeals over the phone and you're saying i've lost my account forever now?

    Never lose the hope, if you have the Account info, ie you can confirm it is yours, then just go ahead and make more tickets...
    I suggest you take 2-3 days break from contacting them and then contact them again, write a proper good e-mail, take your time, say that you were playing the game long enough to know the rules and tell them that you have never done such thing.
    If possible, contact a live chat with GM, via game client
    Tell them you got a long legit payment history and stuff like that

    Have hope man, ive managed to work myself out of crashing 28 blizzard servers, hacking gold and gear. I think you can work yourself out of this one.

    Hey Zaty, not an expert in unbanning accounts but maybe you should insist that your account is very old from 2005 and you had been very loyal and payed a lot for your sub for so many years and talk about the chars and achievements and gear you made in so much time and you are so attached to it ( make them feel you are really sorry but without admitting shit )! This IF you didn't abused a lot RAF game time to many times on same account . Maybe they will see so many payed years as $$$ , and from what i know Blizz love $$ more than anything and may unbann you thinking you gonna pay a normal sub witch will bring them even more $ after this bad experience

    i've had few chats with various GM's regarding locked accounts and none of them was able to unlock them
    in my case it was SoR account i played for 10 months, leveled 6 chars to 90 and stuff, i offered that i will pay for 6 characters transfers if they let me and they refused so i can confirm Blizz doesn't care for your $$ that much

    but i have good news for you if You care for your achievements n mounts- just add new wow license under thath battle net and You have everything you lost on that new account,
    for quick lv 90 make new account under RaF program and You can have new lv 90 char with alll titles, achievements n mounts within a week

    best of luck in recovering your old account tho

    OMFG, I must be careful because I bought a lot RAF time at the gold seller company and i think Blizzard monitor my accounts.

    Now i can tell, all of RAF are removed. Blizzard realized that they were losing a lot of money with this game time.
