Scamming with paypal?

Hi, Do you need to have a credit card to register on paypal?

And if you scam someone, u get the money on your paypal acc. Can they find all of my personal info? Or will this never be shared?

Could someone give me an overview?

im no pro but ive made one before without a CC they could find your personal info if you dont use a proxy or a bad one which leaves you dns in the header.

No idea im a nub scammer im using Tor atm coz apperently its a good program but to be blunt i dont really have a clue hehe

Tor logs everything and co-ops with authorities... All paypal needs to do is call them and they spill the beans.

Paypal, from my experience is pretty close to unscammable. Too risky imo.

If you've got no experience when it comes to Paypal leave it alone as it's way to risky. Proxies wont help much either, I guess you'd need to be a professional hacker bouncing from 20 diffrent servers around the world to make it work.

My advice would be to just leave Paypal alone. Personal information is easily retrieved even through you registered your paypal account with false it's traceable right back at you.

I mean, scam someone through wow using paypal as money transfer. If i get money, use them before he recalls them? Can the person i scammed track me?
