Avoiding Paypal Scammers

Ok so i keep having problems with people doing chargebacks on paypal by using unauthorised attempts etc,its really getting annoying
So what i think it would be a good idea is posting all the scammers in this thread,so in the future when u do trades where paypal is your only option,you could do a quick check on this thread and see if the person you are trading with is in a fact a known scammer.The more info the better

Also id like to ask a moderator to make this is a sticky if possible

So please try to add the information above to make the search as easy as possible,the IP can be helpful also since those users will probably use other skype names and paypal accounts

Also keep some evidence that you have completed your end of the bargain in case someone pops here saying they have been accused for no reason,i have my screenshots saved if any1 asks about it

sorry but i dont play d3 ^^ i will check it out tho,but after my searches for those 2 people i have found nothing on ownedcore,so im guessing it might not have full/updated info

Accept only gift payment with a verified paypal to avoid a large amount of scams.

doesnt matter if its gift or payment,they do chargebacks anyway,and ye 1 of the paypals were verified
But anyway,this thread was not started to discuss safety.just to post scammers so ppl know to avoid them

Why not try to use Moneybookers ( I've heard it's way safer ) or, immediately after you get the money in your Paypal account transfer them to your credit card. There is no way in hell they will recover it afterwards, and worst case scenario you end up with a negative balance.

Not sure if is a good idea to make bad reputation with PayPal and have a negative PayPal balance... unless you use a different PP name with a different IP than usual when you receive money from someone you may think will charge back..
Another solution i hear is to make an account just for that transaction and move them to your normal PP but i guess again you need to be careful with the IP/mac/machine so PayPal wont investigate and suspect you are the same person.

(btw this retard with taylor.swift861 tried to contact me too but i found him here just typing his skype name on Google. I asked him why he keep ussing same blacklisted Skype ID and if is laziness or stupidity , but he went offline and i could not chat with him To bad i rly wanted a nice/funny conv to not get bored tonight ^^)

And btw,as i posted before...this is not a thread made on how to avoid scammers etc,on what to do not to get scammed,this is tarted for the sole reason for people to post the skype names/pp names/ip adresses of the ppl that scammed on paypal
