This fool scammed me but never got my SQA however he did change the email. What will blizz ask for when I call them to recall it? I want them to change my email for me.

well just call them - surely if its your account, then you'll know all the info no?

Just tell them the SQA, say your name is the name on the account and that's all you need to know.
