If I Transfer a character from a phished account to a new one with the same first and last name, and instead of getting his account banned, i put the parental controls on so that he can NEVER play. Is there anyway I can get in trouble? or do I HAVE to get the account banned, and if so, what happens to the account that i just xfer'd it to?

Worst thing that happens is that your account gets locked and you have to fill out a notary which is a hassle.

He can talk to blizzard to get his account back to normal... But if you get his account banned, its another story. Then he has to contest the ban ( which most won't do, and those who do don't usually succeed because they don't explain themselves very well or they are trying to hide something )

If you get his account banned the transfer CANNOT be reverted. You should really ask someone to ban the account for you if you want.
