Botting Question, fairly simple I think

I read this topic Botting Alt Question - MMOwned - World of Warcraft Exploits, Hacks, Bots and Guides

Now I was going to do the same thing, basically an alt to farm BB area for the Parrot. Now I was wondering this.
I grind on my seperate account, can even set it up with a fake name n stuff I guess. I find the parrot, put it on AH with this account and sell it for lets say 14K gold.

I am on a cable modem, so I don't think my IP ever changes as it's connected with the digital tv n all. This dangerous?

Now on my main account I put a grey item on AH for 14K gold and let this 2nd account buy it out for that amount, thus giving my main account the 14K (minus ah cut n all that crap)

How safe would this be?

They can't prove both accounts are you, it could be a friend or a roommate etc. Shouldn't be a problem.
