AFK bot questions

I have never yet used any type of bot/hack I'm mostly just into exploring, using wall jumping, etc. But I starting to want some of my PvP stuff before the expasnion is finally available (sold out everywhere). The question I have is purely an opinion question with hopefully some experience behind any of the "repliers" belts. I've seen many, many AFK bots but which do you prefer/suggest for someone who has never used one before and which is the absolute safest. I'm looking for one that can reply to a tell then log of if it gets too many. Any links to a post/guide on configuring security (ie. setting up procces gaurd for the bot, etc.), would also be greatly appreciated but thats not what this thread is about.
Also: What is the usual penalty for AFK botting, I've only ever gotten a warning before for spamming in IF (On my troll =P)
