Another question about the Battle.net scam and retriving possibilitys

So yeah, long story short, I've been using the Battlenet scam today, and got my hands on a extremly good dk that I want to keep.

The thing is, the account owner will probably be able to retrive the account so I figured I'd transfer the char to another account on my bnet acc.

The question that comes up in my head is the following; If I transfer the dk to another account, and get his account banned in the process, how big are the chances that he'll be able to both un-ban the account and retrive the character from the 2nd account?

My other question is; The account that I'm gonna move the dk onto aint mine either. The guy I got it from only knows the last name of the account owner and aint got the sq or so. How big are the chances that he'll be able to retrive his account if? (Yes it's scammed aswell)

Might sound like kinda noobish questions overall, then again I just want to be on the safe side when I do this, would be kinda harsh to loose the dk, and even worse to loose it when I transfer it to the other account and the guy retrives it just to realise he got himself a new char.

Chances of him recalling the DK are really high.

The best thing you could actually do is ban the old DK account once you've transfered it to a new account That's best possibility.

If you quickly act then you should be fine if you banned his old account.

There is always a chance that it will be recalled either way just act fast.

Even if you ban the original account all he has to do is be persistent and call Blizz to get everything reversed. Chances of that happneing are very high if a lot of time went into the character.
