I sold my WoW account, and think I am going to get scammed.

I recently sold my WoW account for $500 through Paypal, and after the sale the guy filed a dispute. I was really pissed off and was reading online that odds are I wont get the money back. Upon reading this I uploaded files to the dispute page of:

    -Screenshot of our AIM conversation
-Screenshot that I gave him the account info after he paid me
-Screenshot that he said everything was alright with it, plus him saying that he used the same email to send the payment
-Screenshot of the email he sent me in response to my Craigslist ad

I was reading that they usually settle disputes on virtual items to the buyer. Do I even have a chance at getting my money back? If not I still have the CD key so I might just call Blizzard and take the account back.

I sold my WoW account, and think I am going to get scammed.

Are you saying call Blizz and get my account back?

I'm a pretty fair dude I don't want to scam him... but I will do this if Paypal rejects my claim.

This is why paypal is the most worthless piece of shit on the internet, everyone thinks its so good, sure for the buyer it is, however sellers of virtual items have no insurance they can just claim to never get item and get the transaction reversed.. happend to me for 1500 worth of online items, differnt game, however same bullshit. Only do RL cash transactions or Western union.

You will not win the dispute. Period. Paypal will not protect a seller of virtual goods in any way even if you are the victim of blatant fraud. Recall your account now. Hopefully your characters are still there.
