But yeah, that's why movies are 40+ fps, and animations are 20+.

Any faster and it becomes more expensive, and well, pointless.

Movies are 24
TVshows are 30

Gaming FPS and TV/movie FPS can't be compared because they are done two different ways.

500 fps == 65 fps, now really, it is 99% same only 1% is number showing at settings.
