C++ Runtime error :(

hey, when i try and install the patch, i completely download it, that part is fine, but when the patch tries to install, i get a runtime error and i must close the thing yada yada yada. i was just wondering if anyone else is having this error/has a fix

im getting this error to and i really wanna know how to fix it

edit: this is what my error says The file "Sound\Creature\Tyral\TyralClick1.wav" in archive "C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Data\common.MPQ" could not be opened, because an error 2 occurred. If this problem persists, please contact Blizzard Technical Support. (MPQFile::OpenFromArchive)
