Noggit3 Runtime Error (Will rep for Answer)

After opening Noggit (which takes about 3-5 minutes to actually get to the loading screen) and picking a zone, About 10 minutes into my editing session I get a Runtime Error, and it exits Noggit. Also I cannot Use File/Save or else my noggit crashes and doesnt save. Please help with this error, The Log isnt showing anything weird, but I keep getting this same Runtime Error "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library" then it shows some message about the Application trying to open something in an Unusual way, And to contact the Administrators of the application. Please help.

Hi,
Noggit isn't a perfect tool... so it crashes sometimes.
I think that this problem is because of memory leaks. Noggit has problems when you try to enter many diffrent adts.Noggit loads 9 adts at the time when you enter the world.

o is your adt and x are those who are bordering your adt.
When you keep flying around , many adts are loaded and so sometimes this leads to a crash.
How to avoid that? Don't fly too much around
