Change chars. name?

Delete your toon, make another with same name then ask a GM to undelete your character.

Make sure you still have some left or the Gm will not 'Un-Delete' your character.

Is it proven to work before? I mean, I don't want to just go ahead and delete and then the GM goes, "soz, piss off, why did you delete account in the first place"

There is quite the debate on this, I have personally tried this and it didn't work for me. But, there are some who have had success.
