Account recall + few questions ?

The account, which i'am going to recall is mine.
It is registered on my name an i surely have absolutely full info. But there is a problem - current owner has my document photo and SQA. Of course i can change SQA using the webform.... But the document photo....
Should i use a good old recall + transfer + ban old acc trick, or there are any chances to convince blizz not to accept directly THAT id photo ? My 6th sense says that blizz would simply lock acc if there will be any mess with ID photo, but who knows...

BTW - if the answer is transfer + ban old acc, can any1 give a link to a good small speedhack to storm the stormwind and get the old account banned ?

P.S. Are blizz still punishing "the account, but not the owner" ?
