If you only have access to the email of the account, you cannot basically access anything. As you need all the following things:

Username
Surname
Any of these three, address registered on account, SQ/A, or CD key

That's all you really need I believe.

Not to be rude, again, but it varies heavily depending on if you're EU or US. We don't know which he is. =/

It's EU account. This is my friend's account. He lost cd-key and forgot password and answer to secret question.
I have following info about this account: First Name, Last Name, Address, City, ZIP/Postal Code, Country, Birthdate, Email, Phone, characters classes/levels/realms.
