Found another useless trick thats is very simple.

Just die and become a spirit and run out and across the nearest ocean, fatigue will begin to set in like you were alive, and when it runs out, tada. You are now dead again even after being dead

o and dont worry, it doesnt redamage your gear.

Yeah this is common knowledge, it happened to my blood elf when I was running him from Auberdine to Teldrassil (or however you spell it) and he fell off the boat and got fatigued to death, I had to go back but I walked because the boat wasn't back yet. Fatigued to death again =[
