OK, First go inside to the top left of the bank in the corner next to the left wall and the fence between the auctioneers hold w and keep pressing 'jump'
u should get a bit above the rock beneath the fence posts.
not go to help requests, click on stuck then auto unstuck (hearth must be on cooldown. it should warp u in bank (sorry no pictures my screen shots aren't working atm).
