This gave me quite a bit of frustration, the only gain I got out of attempting this was knowledge that I can pass onto you all (if you didn't know)

Skipping to the last boss of Kara is a very easy exploration that most of us are aware of, however I wanted to skip exclusively to the chess event, so I decided to try and go to the last boss and backtrack. After doing some tricky stuff (failed wallclimbs) I was finally in the room, but none of the "pieces" for the chess boss were there.

On the other hand, I know it can be done now, but the boss cannot.

I've been away from the game for some time...
I am curious how this area can be viewed at this camera angle... I was never successful in doing so (as it is, or was, below the death line). Even with all my tricks, the camera never followed.

Ah, makes sense now. I always avoided the 3rd party tools.
Glad to see this view though... even if it wasn't done purely using the game mechanics.
Would still love someone to figure out how to fix that camera issue using in-game glitches... someday...
