Is there any1 here has gotten out of Grim Batol (into the highlands) dodging the deadline zone? - because everywhere i get out and into the mountains i just instantly die

^^ Absolutely Ziozi. Use the Gnomish Gravity Well to the left of the entrance portal (if you are facing the portal) and you can go up. Then use the Glider to go over the invisible walls and out to the front. From there you can either shoot over the death patch to the safe point using your Rocket Boots... or use the Boots or Glider from a higher point to get across and do some mountain climbing. Or... if you have a Cloud Serpent mount... you can use that to fly as soon as you exit the dungeon.

The "death line" on this one is more like a square. It runs in front of the instance... but stops a little bit to the right of the path in front of the instance (right if the portal is behind you and you're already out). In other words... if you can make it to the tree by the ledge, you are safe to stand.

You can also Fly around the spot using this method.

^^ Aye Shunt, but your specific method only works for certain Broadband users. It is basically the same as Offline mode though... so you could use RAoV's offline method to explore in the same fashion. Or you could probably use a Control FP to fly in there. Still offline though.

The methods that I linked above allow you to fly in the instance while still online, allowing you to dismount, use your spells, etc. Personally I always prefer online methods, if they are available.

Yeah it's same as offline mode. I don't use this broadband method anymore as there is another much more simple way. (which you wrote)
