Access to the old scarlet monastery!

Heres a guide:

- Kill the Headless Horseman.
- Log out.
- Log in
-> The NPCs of the old scarlet monastery respawned. Even the old quests are doable!

Extra:
- Get to the armory by teleporthack or exploits somehow and get the old tabard!

cant do now that the headless horseman is gone... hope it works next year
