Items needed:
Vrykul Drinking Horn (Archaeology)
Puntable Marmot (some quest in VotFW i think)

First que up for headless horseman and complete it and hope you dont get kicked, then use the horn and do what the pictures show. (couldn't upload a vid)
Also, you have to punt the marmot until your character runs over the roof and back again and stops above the invisible wall.

I was able to do this in Vanilla using the same route and blink. And since Cataclysm you can also use the Mushroom chair.
Since this is slightly different and I assume you found this by yourself. +rep.

Kinda lazy of Blizzard IMO. I was expecting it to be in the newer scarlet monastery. Although, I am glad to see the old content come back, so that is a nice sight to see. +rep if I can.

Thanks guys, and Teryaki I'm pretty glad they put it in the old one, first for the tradition secondly for this thing. You can also get a quest marked as unobtainable at the start of SM and i think warlocks can gate trough the instance portal...

I'm thrilled that it is coming back, dont get me wrong! . And grab that quest and keep it if it is unobtainable. Is it shareable? I hope it makes it to US servers!

Not shareable and seems to disappear when you leave the dungeongroup, gonna puzzle with it some more...

You can use this method to get to old scarlet cathedral and possibly other instances too by using the trinket called Bottled Tornado.
