Well i have just scammed a ausome level 70 warrior eu and i have all the info how can i make sure he don't get it back at all. And no i don't have a cc to transfer it with?

Then u cant make sure he wont recall it.
If you've got a pic of his ID u can send it to blizzard along with cd-key/secret answer, and tell them that ur mom has re-married and u have changed your last name to "whateverulike"
And that u soon we go get a new ID.

The only other way I can think of is to get a very nice member on MMOwned to do the transfer to a NEW fresh account for you, then BAN his old account.
Then it is about 99.9999999999999999% Unrecallable.
The only way is that blizzard find out about the transfer its self, however that is very unlikely.
