I know this is not a scam or so. But I seriously need a big help and I didn'T know what to do.

Ok my problem is:

i was using my friend credit card to paid character transfer and buying game card. So 1-2 months later I was going to paid charact transfer back to my old server BUT my account is locked for any Payment method on account management, and I sent billing and support email and they said Its Permanently locked for ever, and I really need to move my character, is there ANY way I can do to make them change theyr mind? I seriously need help, if you don't know anything and just want to post "Sorry but there is nothing you can do" dont do it, unless you REALLY know there is nothing I can do.

I'm not original owner of the account but I got Classic, TBC and WotLK Cd-keys on the account, first+last name, secret answer and everyhing exept passport, so is there anything I can do? If there is something it will change my life for ever.

Anyways, I don't really understand the problem, are you trying to unlock your account? If so, I'm sorry to say, it's probably lost forever. If Blizzard says its locked permanently, it means it locked permanently, there always is that small chance in the future if you mail them saying you were keylogged and such and want to get back into WoW only to find out your account was locked. But doing that requires you to change IP, and requires you to wait awhile. Also is a VERY small chance.

Sorry I can't be of much help, but situations like these don't have much of a solution.

Call Blizzard and ask why, if they say that the reason is because there have been problems in the past tell them the reason or make up a excuse.

How can that be my fault if I did nothing wrong? It never says that I cannot borrow my friends visa if I pay him? Thats what I did, and they have no right doing anything to my account to be honest, I've paid alot of money for my account and I feel like my money got stolen by this shitty company.
