Not only has texture been in the Emerald Dream since who knows how long (first I was there was just before BC) but there are also some patches of ground cover.

Also, Blizzard has often said they will never do something or that they have no plans of doing so. For example paid name changes and pve->pvp transfers. They will even say they have no plans to do something close to them announcing they're doing it.

In example, I once made a ticket asking if paid name changes would ever be an option. The GM who replied seemed like one of those GMs that actually try. He said there were no plans to ever do so. So anywho, I transferred to a different realm so I could change my name when I transferred back. What happened? 3 days after I made the first transfer Blizzard announced paid name changes. :stick: :cussing:

Moral of the story: Never ever trust/believe Blizzard.

I was looking on wowwiki the other day and saw an article about graymane. I find it quite interesting, and im not tring to destroy the lore or anything, but I think that this would be a good chance to realy add some more flavor to WOW. I like the idea of an old forgotten civilization that no one has heard of in years and stays locked away(kinda like me in my basement lol) and it could have lots of potential.
It would be cool to have like an underground civilization and It would realy have that "needy" look. Also( please don't kill me for this) Who is to say that there are only 3 contenets on azeroth? there could be more, couldn't there?
All in all, I would like to see a change in enviroment and models, not just reskins. WoTLK was good, but I would like to see an expansion like shivering isles was, where it realy just makes you say "WOW, that is strangely awsome in a horrificly strange dementing way"

first of all without screen shots this is useless. second of all the amount of expentions blizzard makes has nothing to fo with lore and everything to do with turning a profit. i personally hope to see a finished emerald dream but it is only going to happen if blizzard feels that they will make more money off it than it costs them to create it.

The list does exist since 2004/2005, it was already publicated since the beta so far as i know. There was a link to the original post on the wow-europe forums but i lost it .

Yea this might be a repost, im just giving a update.

The Emerald Dream is still in WoW and changing! recently i have found spawn points in it. added texture and more. Now there is no spots were the ground is the solid green color you see on private servers. there is a location where a dragon spawns. and the Emerald Dream is currently a Raid Instance. I would have screen shots but i deleted my Test Realm Folder, i bothered posting to give a update on the status of the project. If anyone has questions about it just ask.

EDIT: i have got a application to recover the folder, i will post screens if it works!

which pretty much proves what I said in another post, ED will be the next xpack (because blizz wont give away an update as large as that for free)
