So when you finish a Mythic+ run, you are rewarded based on the time it took to complete. The keystone is also upgraded at certain time thresholds.

For example, if you finish Temple of Sethraliss while using a keystone, you will receive a chest at the end. However, if you manage to finish the whole dungeon in 26 minutes and 24 seconds, you will get 2 chests at the end. If you finish in only 19 minutes and 48 seconds or less, you will receive 3 chests at the end. This is what people refer to when they say "3 chesting" or "2 chesting".
