Power Leveling ? Help.

Didn't know where to really post this as didn't find an WoW Off-topic place. the thing is, I need some power leveling on my lvl 50 hunter, doesn't matter bot or hand made as long as it doesn't get banned, I am giving out a Steam account with Counter-Strike: Source on it! Will only accept good reputated people.

I don't think you would get much for steam accounts since you need a copy to start with which allows you to create a account unless its ranked 1 on some very popular servers
