Actually it is.. Weather it be the gate jumping with grapple, getting titan warforged versions, or the 6min soft reset timer on pick pocket. At least one of them will be hot fixed.

Seems fixed on newer instances. If you have an instance still giving you greens/gold/other items do not leave it let someone take it over if you want a break as the new loot table will be basically twine and some other white items.

Just got another neck US server. The instance im using hasnt been reset for a couple hours though. Im just using the 7min timer soft reset with /timer 420 command.

you can actually use outlaw and go over the gate so you dont need a lockout

Someone said that new instances are hotfixed and one way you can tell is if you are getting copper instead of silver. If you are still getting silver than there is still a chance for loot supposedly.
