It looks like some people are not getting banned from using this exploit. There are many traders on Darkspear advertising obliterum for 2.5k-3.5k gold by the hundreds. Some of the traders are level 1, and some of the traders are level 110. People are getting away with it and it's so unfair.

Or it was traded/gbanked/mailed to them before the account was suspended.

I know people that mined ~1000-ish ore and weren't banned. They're still playing, and kept all their ore. Somehow they went undetected by Blizz. One guy was even someone I exploited with.

Got 1100-1200 ore out of it. Im either just above the threashhold, some people slipped through or it was done based on when you got the ore too. I know some people have claimed to have stumbled accross it by accident, joined and still been banned.

Maybe its because I only did it for 10-15 minutes but im fairly confident that the 14 days wont extend to 6 months and my gold wont be wiped to 0g 0s 0c.

Never exploited before, thought I might get away with it as a first time offense. **** me, right?

check armory i think it will be updated on wednesday after reset if ur gold sit on ur char i think u will see then is it gone or not.mine is still there but we will se, i personaly think that they wont expand it to 6 mo or perma ban.

But do you need to be logged in/logged out for armory to remembers your ingame data so it can be updated on net? Or it updates regarding the ingame changes even if you didnt login for example removing of your gold ?

It's updating the stuff that expired from AH on my mailbox for example, showed 29 days now shows 26 so, I think it updates without needing to log in.
