20k exp every min
On the quest Justice rains from above at the very end of Highmountain you will get exp from tiny mobs only if you kill them with your first spell.
1. Get the quest
2. Mount the eagle
3. Use ONLY your first spell
4. Kill ONLY drogbars (Giant rock enemies won't give exp) these will give 500 exp each
5. When you're done, abandon the quest or dismount the eagle
6. Repeat

Repost. At least theres a vid for people to see and also a fast track to getting it fixed. Also of note you can form your own raid by using group finder and making your own party instead of dropping quest and re-acquiring it since you dont progress quest while in raid.

Guys, I don't see this NPC, what's wrong?

Found this over the weekend while leveling my second character. I did it for about half a level then realised it was pointless because you need to do the quests anyway to unlock world quests. Also it is hella annoying to do xD

actually you can get a level every 33 minutes with this and the darkmoon buff so 20k per min is actually an understatement.

Nice find thanks you! I was waiting for something like this to level up my alts.
To get the quest Justice Rains from Above you have to do almost all quest related to a storyline in Highmountain. You can get a level up every 40-60 minutes (40 min with Whee buff from the Darkmoon Faire with no rested bonus).
At the level 108, you can stop doing this and go questing in other zones until you hit FRIENDLY with a faction related to that zone, this way you will hit level 110 and open up your world quests very fast.

The problem is the iLvl, you can reach 110 pretty quickly but what about your gear? you still need to do the other quests
Edit: Nvm, you can just do random bgs for alts

Found a better way of doing it instead of keep dropping the quest and pick it back up.
1. Pick up quest
2. Join cross-realm raid group
3. Mount eagle
4. Bombs away!
Stay in group! If you leave the group then the progress bar will start progressing as you kill mobs.
Benefit? Your progress bar on the quest itself always stay at 0%, which mean you can bombs endlessly and still get the same exp per mob.

Third post says that you can form your own raid group to avoid the quest from progressing.
