I exploited the shit out of the darkmoon bug and no one I know got banned, now while this gets spammed on all servers and the price is sinking to 5k, you won't get banned, they woul've to ban 50% of wow population.

I'm just curious why would they ban now but not when the spider was exploitable for the toy. Considering most people are probably doing it to get the mount for themselves and not to sell.

well if u sell 4-5 on ah and u make like 100k for an exploit is more like a 72h ban, they banned for pandaria treasure exploit for 2-3k gold profit so...

The pandaria exploit was a blatant gold-dupe though, it was creating gold out of thin air without any limits while in this case you can still only get one reward per (level 100?) character. I know bans are likely, but I wouldn't consider those 2 exploits the same.

Think it may be fixed? Just opened one with apexis crystals, went to close it without picking things up and present got consumed.

EDIT 2 : May have had an addon that was interfering with the looting as currency was being auto looted even with the option off, disabled all the addons and it seems to be working now

I wonder, potentially you could loot the mount, or other lucrative items without opening the box, return the box and rinse and repeat wait for the event to go away and make a killing on some of those items like Medal of the legion for instance which sells for 4-9k on my server
