This ^ I will spend also all my gold on this, but with a new account xD And then send mounts back to main account, spend $10 and win 3-4M in days with low ban risk at your main account :P anyway it's already fixed...

Definitely bans are coming for this - back in MoP there was exactly the same thing going on with Sunreaver Bounty - Item - World of Warcraft being refundable (which had a chance for additional gold run). Back then they were handing out 72 hour bans.

For those latecomers, this is hotfixed EU.. and prices for mounts went up 2x 3x of the noon prices now after hotfix. I have not been lucky to get it by myself as after 5th-6th refund, it told me that "vendor does not want this item" Yet, I got a few cheap from AH and hopefully will make a few hundred thousand golds
