hey guys this is commong knowledge for everybody but some people do not know this tho... id say this is not an exploit - it works as intended. its a trick...maybe.... i honestly know a girl she got 70 mage and she didnt know this. so it might be helpful for people like her.

It doesn't make a difference if the Ice lance hits before the frost bolt... the shatter crit buff is applied to the target as long as the bolt/lance goes off before the target becomes unfrozen. So if your target unfreezes while the bolt is half way there you still get the 50% to crit.
