the way you jump on that ledge it auctually puts you out of combat, if it dosnt spawn in that room itll be in the first room 2nd alter on the left(next to the bathroom) any 70 rogue should be able to solo

I do that for about 2 months now. Just that I kill the 2 elites that guard the chest, sap 1, blade furry AR kill the Monk that can't be sapped and his 2 adds then easily kill the other.

With Disenchanting, selling the pots and gems I get I make 100g pe played hour. 5 resets.

I find it very easy so I start the day by doing one run .

I just tried it a couple times, once on normal and once on heroic, worked both times, chest in heroic still has only 6 or 7g but had a 70 green and hopefully i'll get blues and epix, plus you don't get saved so you just swap back and forth btwn heroic and normal and it keeps resetting.
