So,i've tried like 60 times.Tried to swap,double swap(swap and swap back),and nothing is happening.I have the garrison lvl 3 and tavern lvl 2 but no luck.I'm on Emeriss Eu H.Some advice anyone?

If your Inn is on the position near your main building you can target him with a macro

/tar Millhouse

this way you don't have to run out and check,
keep swapping till you have a target

do you have to close the map for the change to take effect? also do you have to wait any period of time before spawn? i was swapping without closing the map for a bit and got no target

edit: answered my own question, you dont have to close the map, i just swapped them back and forth spamming my key and i got him

Edit: Works fine, I was just too impatient. Took me about 10 min of swapping.

Got it to work now, i swapped too fast, it takes about 7 seconds for npcs to spawn. Found the most efficent way to do this
First make this Macro:

/tar akanja (replace with an alliance NPC that spawns in the inn if alliance)
/tar Millhouse

1. go to your architect table and place your inn in the plot near your main building

2. spam the macro until you have something in your target. (about 5-10 secs)
3. If you got Akanja in your target it means millhouse didnt spawn, swap the Inn twice and repeat from 2. until you get millhouse in your target

(never close the map and always swap the inn twice)

i didnt know even about it. I just typed /reload twice and he spawned so i could turn quest back.
I thought he should be there all the time and was thinking it was bugged when i came back and he wasnt there. I had question mark on my minimap over campfire, but he wasn't there. So i runned around few times to trade post and campfire and typed /reload once or twice. And he showup.
So i recommend you to just spam reload than running over and over ;P Should be much fsater
