[Question/Help] Scammed account - Lockdown with Mobile Authenticator

I recently just got a hold of an account i wish to keep.

He has already merged his wow acc with battle.net, i dont know the sq-a the SQ itself is "What is your favourite sports team?" he is from Winchester, Oregon.
Maybe you guys can guess =P

But what i was wondering was, if i add the mobile auth onto an ipod touch will he be able to log into the account or even use the account for that matter?

Also, i do not own a touch or anything, is there any ipod touch emulators? I can download the app then run it on the emulator.
