Seems like they want you to refund someone..
I've had some problems verifying my PayPal account, but after I've sent the documents to them confirming my address and a credit card statement, I was asked to log onto my Paypal account and change the password and the SQ/SA. 5hours later I got this mail from them:
What this is supposed to mean? Thanks in advanceDear ----------,
We understand risk is inherent in doing business. However, as of right now,
we're not comfortable with the amount of risk your business is exposed to.
With that in mind, we have decided to end our business relationship while
minimizing disruption to your business.

Not really... I have a positive balance in my account... I've only recived legit money(payments for web designing) since I created the account... no disputes... any other thoughts?
Maybe could be a refusal by your credit card isuuing bank try calling them and check it out or call paypal directly
Quite scarey stuff. I suggest phoning them just to be safe. Basically they are saying that they are closing your paypal account because you are tooo risky... don't know why. This credit crunch has scared the crap outta everyone...
Hm, looks more like that paypal doesn't accept you. I don't got experience with paypal, but conluding from that email I think that either you are in debt or your paypal account is getting closed since it's been used for illegal business, hence why they are saying that they want to end the relationship with your business, paypal don't want to get in trouble for the things you do with their service.

Row row, Fight the power.
Change your pass and call them as it could be fake.
If you need me you have my skype, if you don't have my skype then you don't need me.
It took a while till I've sent all the info they requested and between those things I got 2-3 requests to change my SQ/SA and password...
My account is limited atm cause I've tryied an old scam with getting money for an wpw account then closing the paypal account getting all the money in the bank account... and I think this is the main problem...
So... if I close my acount and then if I'll make a new one with the same credit card but with different e-mail... I'll have the same problems?
Ofcourse.....I mean if someone scams you by the name Poki poki but uses 2 different email addresses that doesn't mean that it is someone else...
