I'm a 582 without the heirlooms, 541 with them on.

You loose to much damage against single targets.
I would use the weapon against Protectors, Dark Shaman, Nazgrim (if you can cleave the adds), maybe Malkorok, Spoils and Klaxxi (mostly trash dps).
For the rest of SoO and even for Nazgrim and Malkorok it would make no sense.

okay so i got the swords but when i go solo in Soo mobs kill me, doesnt do same thing as it does on dummys ://// am i doing something wrong?

Yea so, if you test the blades (I got both the normal Battle-hardened Thrash blade, and the upgraded one) in Theramore Isle (Alliance btw) near one of the buildings there's 3 level 1 dummys on each side you can hit, and I made so much damage the game crashed on me.

Confirmed still working after the 14 MB patch today that fixed other stuff, just tried it with unupgraded heirloom on lvl 80 rogue on Theramore dummies. Did 400k dps during 5 minute session

I just tested on dummies as well, it still procs insanely fast and bursts that expected 500k instantly.
