I already have T16 2 piece on, getting about 22k dps on shrine dummies now.

Stack alot of mastery, I'm at 82% now (88% with windsong proc) and I'm getting about 200k dps on 3 level 90 targets.

Just to make sure, you arent hitting the shrine raid dummies are you? The raid dummies are scaled up to level 103 already. You might be missing alot.

Posting your battle tag hardly matters. If this were the case, anyone can make an account here and if someone hates someone else, you just post their battle tag and they get banned because someone else decided to post their btag?
