My rogue is 510 ilvl. All it takes is 2 bosses/mobs and blade flurry to be hitting both and the magic kicks in. Having x2 of the swords helps alot too.

Prot Paladin with Seal that AoE's target works, but not as efficient as rogues Bladeflurry, also Arms Worriors Sweeping Strikes work, but even worse then pala tank with aoe seal

Comfirmed working, Im using 1 upgraded weapon and a non upgrade one. Works with 3 or more adds, only thing to worry about is the threat you will gain after it procs, keeps killing me on mythic garry.
