In its current form new game in Darkmoon Faire is virtually impossible as long as there is another player working on it at the same time.

Apparently there is a fix coming but there is no guarantee it will be here before this fair ends. To get this achievement easily, manually tag yourself for PvP if you are on a PvE realm. Otherwise you may need to get an invite to PvE server.

It will make your rings shared only with other players tagged for pvp.

for those who don't understand marking yourself for PvP makes you only share rings with other pvp players.
