Mages - Prevent getting wiped

It's a good aggro wipe, also you can get an addon that automatically takes off all your gear if you go out of combat (wont happen on bosses)

This doesn't work in a raid 90% of the time. You have to have NO aggro, which if you're a mage with no aggro, you're a noob. Even with an intentional wipe, you have to be left alone for 5 seconds, then the entire raid has to die within 20 seconds, which never happens because some dumbass is always trying to reset the mobs, which doesn't work.

Anyway, if you're a mage and don't know what an aggro dump is, roll a hunter.

So i thought to myself i'd share it because not alot of people seem to know. Also, when you use an invisibility potion mobs that are attacking you can still see you, if you use the skill they can't. But oh well, maybe not...

You can't use invis potions in combat. ;P Perhaps that's why the mobs keeps attacking you after you try to drink it?

At level 6 or so, a mage gets a spell called "Conjure Muffin" when you use this spell quickly go to your bag, and open it.

You now have free food.

As a mage i haven't really been in many instances with 2 mages, that could be why you haven't seen other ppl do it . Also most (NOT NOOB) mages know this.

Everyone singing the "zomg common sense" song needs to pipe down; stop being obnoxious. For the record, I've run with many, many mages, and hardly see any of them even attempt this. (just as a few of you have even said you don't even use invisibility.)

So, if you people haven't even used it thus far, it's worth a post to at least bring it to your attention.

It says "IN A RAID" on the first damn line! Even if you lose aggro, you'll have some moron keep trying to reset the boss, which doesn't work. By the time the boss gets to the runner and kills them, you'll come out of invis and it will kill on it's way back. You only lose ~2-4k aggro per second, which isn't shit until you hit that 5th second.

I swear, the people that flame this post are the same people that post things that are posted before because they can't read. ****ing morons...

Seriously, stfu because you're starting to piss me off.

No shit you lose total aggro, but you will not leave combat during an encounter, which means that if you pop out of invis after everyone else is dead and the mobs are done chasing that noob that tries to reset the boss, 90% of the time you'll still be in combat and they'll come after you.

Notice I said 90% of the time. I use it during every intentional wipe and it only works 10% or the time, mainly due to someone trying to reset. Quit trying to be an elitist **** and read every word, you jerkoff.

On raid it doesn't wipe all aggro since your raid is in combat. So you can't hide and not die.

THis isn't a exploit. GTFO.
